Carmel Cocia Anyone?

Tonight, Brock asked if he could have a piece of Carmel Cocia. What? Carmel Cocia, he tells me again. I asked him if that was some of the candy I made this weekend, because I couldn't think of what else it would be, he opened the fridge and pulled out the bag of home-made Almond Roca. Carmel Cocia! I got one of the best little Brock smiles when I told him it was almond roca. Then he saw the fudge and decided to have a piece of that instead!!!
