We are SO proud

Our little girl is considering pursuing a career in the Air Force! Paige, Bill and I met with with the recruiter last week. She is studying hard for the ASVAB every free moment she has.
Maybe nursing, maybe law enforcement, who knows. What we do know is we couldn't possibly be more proud of her!

Rocks

Kendall mounted a few of my slate tiles onto a board so we could check out grout lines. When I picked it up, Hailey wanted to know why I was taking her daddy's rocks! They are sitting next to the green cabnet paint, I think it is going to look so serene. I can't wait. He starts on Monday!

Pretty In Pink

Yep, found Pink paint under green paint, under more paint under the formica backsplash.

If you are suprised, you must not have seen my hall bathroom yet!

Demolition Day!

Brock has been waiting for over a month to tear off the old back splash in my kitchen. I have been putting him off because I didn't want to look at the after-math for over a month, but we are getting closer to install, so it was finely time!
What could make a 12 yr old happier than being encouraged to rip up something BIG!
