I think I am going to like it...........

Paint! This is what I saw when I got home tonight...I really like the color, it is exactly what I was looking for.AND...what would a scene be with out Brock?
This was really funny to him, took a bit of explaining to the momma, but I guess when some one wins in WWE they climb up a ladder and cut the belt down.. he is demonstrating that here. What a goof ball.Next comes the hard part. Where does every thing go that was once in the cupboards, well on the kitchen table, where else. Mingling with Paige's Beautiful roses! I got some too, just not near as many as her! And see those cute daisy's? Beth, who use to work with me at the Dr's office had those delivered to me yesterday. It was really great, because I had no idea who they were from until I opened the card. Thanks again Beth, that was so sweet of you!
We do actually sit at the table to eat, looks like we won't be tonight, and many more nights as more cupboard's gets sanded and painted!

39 and counting

Today is my birthday, I am actually 42, but I thought I would down size it as I am pretty sure I don't act my age.
It's also our anniversary.
Best birthday present ever: Paige moved back home.
I am blessed!

Meet "The Sports Kid"

WWE road to smack down was "the best day of Brock's life" He had so much fun giving high-fives to most the wrestlers, and even had the pleasure of getting sweat shook on him by a few ICK. It is a great feeling to make your child so happy.
He is now an aspiring WWE wrestler, his name will be " The Sports Kid" I can see it in lights already, can you? Oh, the best news was they are comming back next year!

first smiles *for Auntie*

Stacey, Kendall and Audrey stopped by for a short visit today. Audrey is a month old now, and what a cutie! I sure hopes she keeps her jet black hair. I was talking to her, and she was just smiling away, I told her how pretty her smiles where and that mommy didn't tell me she was a smiler now, then mommy rushed over to see the smiles too.... They weren't just the first smiles I got to see, they were first smiles. Melted my heart!

Happy Birthday Brock!

Today is Brock's 12th Birthday. I can't believe how time flies. He found out about a week ago that WWE smackdown was going to be in Kennewick in February. He wished and wished for enough money for his birthday to buy tickets, and fretted A LOT that they would sell out. There were even a few times that I had to put the talk of WWE on time out., it seemed like that's all I heard about for a few days.
He even informed us that was one of his dreams!
So I buckled...floor seats!
I "wrapped" it in a soup can, using the no sharp edge can opener on the bottom of the can, putting the tickets inside and gluing the lid back on. I have always wanted to do this, but didn't have the right can opener, so I got one yesterday.
We really had him going, I gave the can to Bill and said I think something is wrong with this can of soup. Oh, Brock was all over it. He even said, are you sure it doesn't say Cunky instead to Chunky?
He had NO idea he was opening his birthday present, it was great!
I told him I wanted to take pictures of him opening it so we had "proof".

Even tho it felt so light, he couldn't believe it when he pried the lid off and saw a plastic bag.
WWE tickets DAD!
One Happy 12 year old!
Now he just has to wait until February 6th..........that may be a long wait, for all of us.
